🔑 The key box code and the Wi-Fi password are in your guest area, which you open with the email address of your booking.

On arrival

Times

Check-in from 4 pm. If that doesn’t suit you, let’s talk: we can often work something out.
Welcome

We will be there to welcome you until about 9 pm.
Self check-in

Later on, you check in on your own with the key box. Its code is in your guest area. In that case, please leave the €800 deposit cheque in the key box.

Linen

Sheets are on the beds, towels in the shower room and tea towels in the kitchen.
Heating in winter

The pellet stoves will be lit when you arrive. The pellet supply is in the utility rooms.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.
Roof windows

Close the roof windows when nobody is inside, in case of storms.
Rubbish

There is no collection at the chalet: please take your bags to the public bins. The closest for general waste is avenue des Bains (point 1), 2 minutes by car. Point 5 only takes recycling and glass.

Free shuttles

Free shuttles run from the Villard-de-Lans bus station to the slopes and the hamlets. In winter, the Nordic line (to Bois Barbu) stops close to the chalet, at La Tancanière and Bois Barbu. Timetables and maps:

We contact you the evening before to agree on a check-out time. We then return your €800 deposit cheque.
