Rental terms

These terms apply to every booking made directly on this site. Bookings made through a rental platform follow that platform’s own terms.

By accommodation

The minimum shown applies outside special periods. Some periods (school holidays, public holidays) require a longer stay: the applicable minimum appears as you pick your dates.

Cleaning fee

The cleaning fee is a flat charge per stay, whatever its length. It is mandatory.

The apartment is handed over clean; please leave it tidy, with the dishes done and the bins emptied.

Prices and payment

Prices shown are per night for the whole accommodation. They vary with the season and on Friday and Saturday nights, as shown in the calendar.

The total for a stay is the nights you choose plus the cleaning fee.

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Let us know your arrival time so we can hand over the keys.

Security deposit

A €800 security deposit is requested on arrival, either by cheque (not cashed) or in cash against a receipt. It is returned after your stay provided the accommodation is left in good condition.

Pets

Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.

Capacity and use

The number of guests may not exceed the stated capacity. The apartments are non-smoking and parties or events are not allowed.

The chalet stands in a quiet residential area: please respect the neighbours’ rest between 11 pm and 6 am.

Commercial photography is not allowed without our permission.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date. A confirmed booking can therefore only be cancelled under the applicable cancellation terms.
